About Us
Founded in 2012 by visionary brothers Ram Babu and Shyam Babu, FIITS (Frontage Institute of Information Technology and Services) was established in Palamu, Jharkhand, with a mission to uplift marginalized communities across India. Inspired by their humble beginnings and driven by a desire to give back to society, Ram and Shyam envisioned an organization that could bridge the gap between opportunity and access for underprivileged groups.
At FIITS, we are committed to building an inclusive ecosystem that fosters growth, self-reliance, and sustainable livelihoods.
Through collaborations with central and state government programs such as Mukhya Mantri Sarthi Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), and community initiatives like the Jal Jeevan Mission, FIITS empowers individuals with the skills and resources to transform their lives and uplift their communities.

Skill Development
The journey of FIITS in skill development began in 2017 with the implementation of the Jharkhand Kaushal Vikas Yojana in the Palamu district. This marked the beginning of a mission to empower underprivileged communities by equipping individuals with job-ready skills and fostering economic independence.
Key milestones in the journey include:
- 2017: Launch of the first skill development initiative under the Jharkhand Kaushal Vikas Yojana, focusing on rural youth in the Palamu district.
- Expansion: Gradual growth to cover neighboring districts, tailoring training programs to address local employment demands.
- Sector-Specific Training: Development of sector-specific courses in construction, apparel, IT, and healthcare, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Partnerships: Collaboration with central and state programs, including PMKVY and Mukhya Mantri Sarthi Yojana, to expand the scale and impact of the initiatives.
- Empowerment of Women: Special focus on training women, enabling them to participate in the workforce and explore entrepreneurial opportunities.
