Approach

FIITS adheres to the guidelines established by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Sector Skill Council (SSC). We follow a holistic life cycle approach to effectively address the talent gap in the employment sector. This life cycle includes the following stages:

Identification of Skill Gaps

We conduct extensive research to identify the skills in demand across various industries and sectors. This helps us align our training programs with the current and future requirements of the job market.

Job Supply and Demand

Analyzing the current job market to understand employer needs (job supply) and aligning training programs to meet these demands. Identifying emerging sectors and industries that require skilled workers, helping to reduce skills mismatch.

Mobilization

Effective identification of school dropouts and marginalized candidates. Conduct personalized visits to marginalized communities to directly address barriers like lack of awareness, misinformation, or hesitation.

Deliver Training

Training at FIITS is delivered by experienced instructors who have successfully completed the Training of Trainers program conducted by the Sector Skill Council (SSC).

Certification

Participants undergo thorough assessments to evaluate their skills and knowledge. Upon successful completion, they receive certifications recognized by both industry and government bodies, enhancing their credibility and employability.

Placement

We collaborate with industry partners to connect our trained candidates with job opportunities. Through job fairs, placement drives, and direct referrals, we ensure that participants secure meaningful employment.
